Prompt, reliable service at reasonable prices. Charlie has worked on my dryer and on my refrigerator. Both times he diagnosed the problem immediately and quickly got it fixed. It’s great to have someone to trust when things go wrong with appliances. He shows up when he says he will, knows what he’s doing and charges reasonable rates. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Charlie was very fast in fixing my problem. Ordered part and came in was here next day to fix appliance he will get my service in future if and when needed will recommend him to my neighbors

I was very happy with the service. Charlie responded promptly and was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator fairly quickly. Although he had to order a part to fix it, he returned within 48 hours to finish the repair. His charges were certainly reasonable. I would hire him again.

I was very happy with the service. Charlie had a super quick response time. He was probably at my house within a hour of my original post. He was super knowledgable of the equipment and had my drier repaired within half an hour. And he did not try to charge me any extra for service or parts that I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend him!

Originally called on a Wednesday was knowledgeable about the type of refrigerator I had him come out to repair. Charlie asked how old the unit was (14 years) and said the cost to repair would not be worth it. His customer service was excellent (he tried contacting me twice without success and tried for a third and final time with success.) He was going out of town and wanted to make sure he was able to take a look at the problem; otherwise it would have to wait until the following Monday. He stated the old unit would last for about 24 to 48 hours. Fortunately it lasted a little long as we did not get delivery of a new fridge until that Saturday afternoon.

Charlie was knowledgeable and efficient in resolving the issue with our freezer door. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any future repairs.

Charlie did a great job replacing our ice maker, took less than half an hour. Maybe it’s me, but I did not realize how expensive a replacement would be! But overall great job!

My dryer belt broke. It needed repaired

I called Charlie at noon (after Sears stood me up). He told me he could be here between 1 and 5;00. He arrived at 2:15. He was friendly, professional, and fast. He fixed the dryer and I would absolutely recommend him! I will use him again.

I had a problem with my refrigerator not staying cool. Had just bought groceries the day before and this happened. Call Charlie’s Appliance and spoke with Becky. She was able to get someone out that day. Problem was solved in one visit. Will use this company if I ever need an appliance repaired again. Very fair pricing.
